K88k offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance.
• The bonus amount will be displayed separately until the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus offer more than once will be considered bonus abuse.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• K88k reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Participating in bonus offers is entirely optional. You may deposit without claiming a bonus if you prefer. In any bonus-related dispute, k88k's decision will be considered final.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• For large withdrawals (above ৳50,000), additional documentation may be required.

• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, k88k reserves the right to hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

The following rules apply when betting on k88k:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless k88k explicitly provides a cash-out option.
• K88k reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from system errors, technical issues, or data feed failures.
• Bets placed before a match or event begins will be settled based on the official outcome of that event.
• If a match is cancelled or the result is undetermined, the bet will be pushed and the original stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If any single selection in an accumulator bet is void, it will be treated as a win and the payout will be calculated using the remaining odds.

Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be reported to support within 72 hours of the bet being settled. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k88k platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating two or more accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit odds differences to generate risk-free profit.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money from illegal sources.
• Match Fixing: Any activity related to match-fixing or manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems or another user's account.
• Using Another Person's Account: Playing on someone else's account or allowing another person to play on yours.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, k88k reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and forfeit the associated balance. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

K88k firmly believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial well-being of our players.

• K88k offers the ability to set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• A cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) can be set to take a temporary break.
• The self-exclusion option is available for a permanent break.
